Farm Events & Workshops - Refunds & Cancellations

Before booking, take a quick peek at our Terms & Conditions. By purchasing, you’re agreeing to these (don’t worry, they’re pretty simple!).

Refunds & Cancellations:

Refunds are available if:
The event is cancelled or rescheduled due to illness of the host or artist, or if we don’t hit the minimum number of participants. We’ll reach out to offer a new date or a full refund if this happens!

No refunds if:
You can’t make it due to personal reasons, a change of mind, or government restrictions.
If you withdraw, your ticket will be forfeited, but you’re welcome to pass it along to a friend! Just let us know who’s coming instead so they can join the fun.
If you forget the date, no refunds for a missed event—we’ll miss you, but we can’t offer a refund.

Your Responsibilities:

We want everyone to have a great time, so please follow our health and safety guidelines. If not, we may ask you to leave (we really don’t want to do that!).

Leave anything hazardous at home—we’re all about the fun, not the danger.
If your actions cause issues or harm to others, you’ll be asked to leave, and no refunds will be given.
We’re a COVID-Safe business, so please follow any guidelines in place when you attend.
Your personal belongings are your responsibility—keep an eye on them. We’re not liable for any loss or damage.

Limitations of Liability:

We take safety seriously, but since we’re on a working flower farm, there are some natural risks. By attending, you’re accepting the fun (and maybe a little dirt or surprise from the farm). Please take care and enjoy! We’re not responsible for any loss or damage that may happen.

Photography & Video:

We love to capture the fun! We might take photos and videos during the event for marketing purposes. If you’d prefer not to be in the spotlight, just let us know before the event starts. We may share your photos on social media or our website to inspire others to join the fun!
